Unlike traditional Infrared (PIR) sensors that require a direct line of sight, microwave radar can penetrate non-metallic surfaces such as glass, drywall, and thin wood. This allows you to completely hide the sensor inside cabinets, light boxes, or behind panels without sacrificing detection sensitivity.

Stable Performance in Any Environment

Radar technology is immune to environmental changes that typically trigger false alarms in PIR sensors. It remains highly accurate regardless of ambient temperature fluctuations, dust, or heat sources, ensuring your lights only turn on when actual movement occurs. Once activated, the switch maintains power for a 20-second delay, automatically extending the time if continuous motion is detected.

Technician Tip

Always pay strict attention to the wiring polarity and installation environment. The input (IN) uses Red (+) and Black (-), while the output (OUT) uses Red (+) and White (-).
