Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sun Cheong Computer Co., Ltd. We are committed to providing reliable and transparent shipping services for our customers in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Hong Kong
  • Taiwan

Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Orders are processed within 0–1 business day (Hong Kong Time)
  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT+8) are usually shipped on the same day
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

Shipping Methods

We use SF Express as our primary logistics partner to ensure secure and trackable delivery for all standard shipments.

Special Notice for Taiwan Orders

  • Shipping Restrictions & Alternative Arrangements: Due to strict air freight regulations, certain products (such as items containing batteries or specific electronic components) may be declined by SF Express. If SF Express declines to accept your parcel, we will contact you immediately to offer the following options:
    • Switch to Hong Kong Post (Please note that the estimated transit time will be longer, taking 7–14 business days).
    • Cancel the order for a full refund.
  • Real-Name Authentication: Please ensure that your ID number and mobile phone number match your EZ WAY (易利委) registration to avoid customs clearance delays.
  • Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, or customs fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Currency & Charges

  • Shipping fees are charged in the local currency of the destination.
  • All shipping charges shown at checkout are final.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.
  • Customers can track their shipment via SF Express (or Hong Kong Post, if applicable).

Delivery Notes

  • Total delivery time consists of handling time + transit time.
  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, severe weather, or courier service disruptions.

Failed Delivery

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed parcel, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs incurred.
