Overview:
Control your LED lighting with a simple wave of your hand. The VD01/VD02F series IR Hand Sensor Switch provides a seamless, contactless way to turn your 12V or 24V LED strip lights on and off. Perfect for installation in aluminum profiles, this high-sensitivity module offers a clean, modern solution for any space.
Key Features:
- Contactless Control: Activate your lights with a simple hand sweep at a distance of up to 8 cm.
- High Sensitivity: Stable and reliable operation even through a diffuser (requires a hole for the sensor).
- Easy Installation: Features a simple adhesive base for quick mounting inside an aluminum profile.
- Built-in LED Indicator: A warm white (3000K) LED glows when the lights are off, making it easy to locate the sensor in the dark.
- Compact & Efficient: Small form factor (36 x 10 x 1 mm) with a wide working voltage range (5-24V) and high power capacity (up to 72W).
How It Works: When power is applied, the sensor enters standby mode with the indicator light on. A single hand sweep will turn the connected LED lights on. A second sweep will turn them off.
Technical Specifications:
- Working Voltage: 5V-24V DC
- Current Rating: 3A
-
Max Power:
- 5V: 15W
- 12V: 36W
- 24V: 72W
- Detection Range: 0-8cm
- Dimensions: 36mm x 10mm x 1mm
- Indicator Light: 3000K (Warm White) when OFF
Important: For proper function, the IR sensor must not be covered by a plastic lens or diffuser. A small hole is required for the sensor to be exposed. Do not use acidic fluxes for soldering, as this will damage the device and void the warranty.
