Refund policy

Overview

At Sun Cheong Computer Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making your purchase. This policy applies to purchases made within Hong Kong.  

1. Returns for Non-Defective Products (Buyer's Remorse)

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. While our primary focus is on quality, we accept returns for non-defective products (buyer's remorse) under the following strict conditions:  

·         The request is made within 21 days of receipt.  

·         The item is unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging with all accessories included.  

·         The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  

2. Exchange Conditions (for Defective or Damaged Products)

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

·         The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

·         The request is made within 21 days of receipt.  

·         The item is unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

3. Exchange Procedure

To request an exchange due to product defect/damage, or to initiate a return for a non-defective product:

·         Contact us within the specified return/exchange window by Email (info@scccltd.com) or WhatsApp (9319 5163).

·         Provide your order number, item details, description of the defect (if applicable), and photos or videos for verification.

·         Our team will confirm the defect or approve the non-defective return and guide you through the exchange or return process.

·         If an exchange for a defective product is not possible due to product unavailability, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

4. Non-Exchangeable/Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept exchanges or returns for:

·         Requests made beyond the specified return/exchange window.

·         Consumables (e.g., ink cartridges, batteries, discs).

·         Opened software or products with tamper-evident packaging that have been unsealed.

·         Items damaged from improper use or handling.

·         Products showing no actual defect, as determined by our team, unless returned under the "Non-Defective Products" policy with applicable fees.

5. Color Disclaimer

Product photos are for reference only. Color differences due to lighting, displays, or personal perception are not considered quality defects.

6. Shipping Costs

·         For confirmed product defects, we will cover the return shipping costs.

·         If no defect is found, or for returns of non-defective products, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

·         Any refund (if applicable) does not include the original shipping fee.

7. Refund Processing

For confirmed product defects where an exchange is not possible, or for approved non-defective returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow  

5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.  

8. Final Sale

Certain items, such as clearance or specially marked "Final Sale" goods, are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly identified as 'Final Sale' on their product page and during the checkout process.  

9. Policy Updates

Sun Cheong Computer Limited reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, and the latest version will be published on our website.
