Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Hong Kong
- Taiwan
Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
- Orders are processed within 0–1 business day (Hong Kong Time)
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT+8) are usually shipped on the same day
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
Shipping Methods
We use SF Express as our primary logistics partner to ensure secure and trackable delivery.

Currency & Charges
- Shipping fees are charged in the local currency of the destination
- All shipping charges shown at checkout are final
Duties & Taxes
- For Taiwan orders, import duties, taxes, or customs fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee
Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped
- Customers can track their shipment via SF Express
Taiwan Real-Name Authentication
For Taiwan orders, please ensure that your ID number and mobile phone number match your EZ WAY registration to avoid customs clearance delays.
Delivery Notes
- Delivery time consists of handling time + transit time
- Delays may occur due to customs clearance, severe weather, or courier service disruptions
Failed Delivery
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed parcel, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
