1. Shipping Area

We currently offer local delivery within Hong Kong and in-store pickup.

2. Shipping Fee

• Orders of HK$400 or above: Free shipping
• Orders below HK$400: HK$35 shipping fee

Shipping is provided by SF Express.

3. Order Processing Time

• Monday to Saturday: Orders confirmed before 6:00 PM will be shipped on the same day; orders placed after 6:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
• Sundays & Public Holidays: Orders will be shipped the next day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Hong Kong: Usually 1–3 business days after dispatch (subject to SF Express delivery schedule).

5. In-store Pickup

Customers can choose to pick up their orders at our store.

• Pickup location and time will be notified by email or phone after the order is placed.

• All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier's schedule.
• Delivery may be delayed in case of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
