  • Can I use this valve to adjust the speed of my air cylinder?No. The BUC series is a manual directional control valve designed strictly for ON/OFF isolation. Turning the lever halfway will not provide accurate or stable flow control. If you need to adjust cylinder speed, you should purchase a pneumatic speed controller (throttle valve).
  • How do I know which size to buy (BUC-4, 6, 8, or 10)?Pneumatic push-to-connect fittings are sized based on the Outer Diameter (OD) of the air tube. Use a caliper or a precise ruler to measure the outside width of your PU or Nylon hose. If it measures 6mm across, you need the BUC-6.
  • How do I safely remove the air tube from the valve?First, ensure the air supply is turned off and the line is depressurized. Then, push the plastic release ring inward (towards the center of the valve) and hold it down while pulling the tube out.
