- What does the lubricator (oil cup) do, and what oil should I use?The lubricator injects a fine mist of oil into the clean air stream to continuously lubricate the internal seals of your downstream air cylinders and solenoid valves. You should use standard pneumatic tool oil (ISO VG32 or equivalent). Do not use motor oil or WD-40.
- How does the Auto Drain feature work?The "D" in the AC2010-02D model stands for Auto Drain. It contains a float mechanism inside the water cup. When the accumulated water reaches a certain level, the float rises and automatically opens the valve to expel the water, requiring zero manual intervention.
- What size air fittings do I need for this FRL unit?The inlet and outlet ports are standard PT 1/4" (2分) female threads. You will need 1/4" male threaded pneumatic fittings (such as push-to-connect fittings for 6mm, 8mm, or 10mm tubing) to connect your air lines.
