Overview: Transform your ATX computer power supply into a versatile multi-voltage bench power supply with our ATX Power Supply Breakout Board. This compact and robust module allows you to conveniently access the +3.3V, +5V, +12V, and -12V outputs from a standard 24-pin ATX connector, perfect for hobbyists, electronics enthusiasts, and DIY projects. It also includes dual USB ports for charging or powering 5V USB devices. The transparent acrylic case provides protection and a clear view of the internal components.
Key Features:
- Multi-Voltage Output: Provides four different voltage outputs: +3.3V, +5V, +12V, and -12V, suitable for a wide range of electronic projects.
- Dual 5V USB Ports: Equipped with two 5A USB interfaces, ideal for charging smartphones, tablets, or powering 5V USB-powered devices.
- Robust Terminal Blocks: Features high-quality blue screw terminal blocks for secure and easy connection of your wires to different voltage rails.
- Individual Fuses: Each voltage output (excluding -12V) is protected by a 5A fuse, offering enhanced safety for your connected devices and the power supply.
- Power Indicator LED: A red LED indicates when the board is powered on, providing a clear visual status.
- On/Off Toggle Switch: Convenient toggle switch to power the board on or off.
- Durable Acrylic Case: Comes with a clear acrylic case (unassembled) that protects the board from accidental shorts and damage while allowing visibility of the components.
- Compact Design: With dimensions of 6.9cm x 5.6cm x 6.2cm (assembled), it's a space-saving solution for your workbench.
- Compatibility: Compatible with ATX (and some BTX type) 24-pin PC power supplies.
Important Notes for Use:
- 24-Pin ATX Connector: Insert your ATX power supply's 24-pin connector into the white header on the board. If using a 20-pin power supply, align the connector starting from the circular dot mark on the circuit board, leaving the extra 4 pins on the board blank.
- -12V Output: Please note that the -12V output is primarily a logic potential provided by the motherboard and typically has a very low current capacity (around 300mA). It is generally not suitable for powering loads and should only be used for very low-current applications or signal referencing.
- Assembly Required: The acrylic case requires simple assembly. All necessary screws and nuts are included.
Technical Specifications:
- Compatible Port: ATX (supports some BTX types)
- PIN Quantity: 24PIN
- Output Groups: Four different voltage groups
- Switch: Yes
