Important Notes (Please Read Carefully):

• USB-C to USB-C: This product is a USB-C male to USB-C female extension cable, not USB-C to USB-A. Therefore, you will need a USB-C wall charger to charge your device.
• USB 2.0 Device Compatibility: For compatibility with Mac computers, this USB-C 3.1 extension cable has a slightly altered design: for USB 2.0 devices, it only works on one side. If your USB 2.0 Type-C device does not respond after connection, please flip the connector and reinsert it. This is not a cable defect.
• Cable Length Considerations: Longer cables are not always better. Excessive length can lead to signal and power degradation.
  • Data Transfer: Total length is recommended not to exceed 1.5 meters.
  • Fast Charging: Total length is recommended not to exceed 2 meters.
• General Charging: Total length is recommended not to exceed 3 meters.
• Video Transmission Stability: Video signals may become unstable due to attenuation at the connector. We do not recommend connecting this USB-C extension cable in series with a USB-C to 4K HDMI cable. If connecting with a USB-C Hub, for a better video signal experience, we suggest the total cable length after connecting the extension cable should be within 2.5m/8.2Ft.
• No E-Marker Chip: This cable does not have an E-Marker chip, but it can handle 100W PD charging. It is recommended that the cable connecting to the PD charger itself should have an E-Marker chip to ensure charging safety and efficiency.
