INSTRUCTIONS
Pin 1: VSS is the ground power supply
Pin 2: VDD connected to 5V positive power supply
Pin 3: VO is the contrast adjustment terminal of LCD. When it is connected to the positive power supply, the contrast is weak. When it is connected to the ground power supply, the contrast is high. When the contrast is too high, it will produce "ghost". When it is used, the contrast can be adjusted through a 10k potentiometer
Pin 4: RS for register selection, data register for high level and instruction register for low level.
Pin 5: R / W is the read / write signal line, which is used for read operation at high level and write operation at low level. When RS and RW are at low level, they can write instruction or display address. When RS is at low level, RW is at high level, they can read busy signal. When RS is at high level, RWV is at low level, they can write data.
Pin 6: the e terminal is the enable terminal. When the e terminal jumps from high level to low level, the LCD module executes the command.
Pins 7-14: d0-d7 are 8-bit bidirectional data lines. Set the width of data bits to 8 bits or 4 bits through the working mode setting instruction (d4-d7 is valid)
Pin 15: BLA backlight power supply cathode
Pin 16: Negative pole of BLK backlight power supply
NOTE
Correct wiring! Do not connect the positive and negative side reversely, so that the electronic components of the board will be burned
