Description of the charging indicator light:
The module can roughly judge the working status through the status of two LEDs. CHRG is a red light, and STDBY is a blue light.
The red light is bright when the battery is charging, the blue light is off, the blue light is on when the battery is fully charged, and the red light is slightly bright.
If there is a boost output, it will vary according to the output power. It is possible that the red light will always be bright when charging. When it is not connected or loaded, the blue light will be on and the red light will be slightly on.
Instructions for use:
The module supports type-c interface input and the solder joint input marked on the back. You can choose one of them. The recommended voltage is about 5V. The module is marked with two outputs, the two outputs are the same, and the lines are connected in parallel, you can choose one of them by yourself.
How to connect the battery:
If your battery comes with a protection board, you can choose a product without discharge protection. After the battery is connected to B+ and B-, you must short the T point to charge and discharge.
If your battery does not have a protection board, choose a product with discharge protection. This is very important, because over-discharge of the battery may cause the battery to be scrapped. Most of similar competitive products do not have discharge protection. The battery is connected to B+ and B - After that, point T cannot be short-circuited, otherwise the discharge protection will fail.
After connecting the wires, you can use a screwdriver to adjust the output voltage you want.
The battery is 3.7V lithium battery, the full voltage is 4.2V, and the battery type can be 18650, polymer and other batteries.
Usage notice:
*The product is linear charging, heating is normal, use it with confidence
*Battery can only be connected in parallel, not in series.
*The best charging current is 0.37C of the battery capacity, which is 0.37 times of the capacity. For example, the charging current of a 1000mAH battery is 400, which is enough.
*The charging connection wire should not be too thin or too long. This connection resistance is large. If it is too thin, the battery voltage will drop more after flushing.
*It is best to have a good connection with the battery. Otherwise, the battery voltage will drop a lot after flushing.
*When the boost current is high, it is normal to generate heat. The larger the power, the hotter it is, which is a normal phenomenon. The chip is equipped with overheating protection, so you can use it with confidence.
